Tanash is San Remo's only cafe with its own unique blend of Australian-roasted coffee. We combine our Tanash roast with dairy and non-dairy options and serve a variety of baked pasteries, pancakes and savoury plates to satisfy almost any palate. Tanash prides itself on creating a fun, inviting and family/dog-friendly atmosphere where our customers can enjoy a delicious coffee (& waffle or crepe creation) while relaxing however they see fit - maybe with a book? Located in the heart of San Remo's Marine Parade, visit us any day of the week and see what has the locals talking!

    What's a Quickbread? A quickbread is a batter poured, instant rising bread, as opposed to a baked, yeast risen bread. Which means you, and we do mean you, get your tasty waffle/pancake/crepe/churros in just a few minutes, rather than having to wait hours and hours and ... you get the idea.

  • Well Read

    Why do we have books? Because coffee goes well with them. Tanash Coffee and Waffles now stock a hearty range of newish and oldish books for your reading enjoyment and purchase. At a very good price, we might add!

  • The three Stooges

    Gluten, Lactose and Dairy. Sometimes they're not our best friends. Thankfully, we can make almost anything on the menu without them. Just ask us! We don't need their glutenistic, lactosian, dairyness anyway.
